Our Journey

Our History

Michael Dean Andrews was founded in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic with a mission to help small and medium businesses overcome operational challenges. During a time when companies struggled to survive, we stepped in with reliable, cost-effective outsourcing solutions — giving them the freedom to focus on growth and recovery.

We began our operations in the United States and quickly gained trust by supporting more than 50 businesses across industries like e-commerce, finance, healthcare, and tech. Our ability to adapt to each client’s specific needs and deliver consistent results helped us build a strong foundation in the BPO sector.

In response to growing demand, we are now expanding into the UK market. With a dedicated team and streamlined processes, we are actively onboarding new clients and building partnerships that will officially launch in February 2025. Our goal is to replicate the same success we achieved in the USA by offering SMEs in the UK access to top-tier outsourcing services.
